Depending on the specific situation and challenges, JMC and its clients decide together which form of Training or Coaching will be applied. This may include forms such as e.g. Side-by-Side Coaching (Training on the Job), Workshops, Executive Coachings or Classroom Training, usually combined with Side-by-Side Coaching.
