Previous publications
Some of my former publications include the "Outsourcing" section of the German Ministry of Economics' Manual (translated:) "Call Center Manual for Small and Medium Enterprises". Send me an email and I will be happy to send the PDF file to you.
Further I have edited "Call Center Extern", the first book about Make or Buy and Outsourcing of Call Center Services in German language. See the cover on the right. This book is written for both clients and providers in Call Center Outsourcing projects - from a Call Center Consultant's perspective.
