Jens Moeller is passionate about Communication – as a Consultant, Author and Speaker. He collaborates with his clients to enhance their Communication in order to win and retain customers more effectively. Jens has 14 years of experience as a Consultant, Coach and Trainer, and 5 years of line experience at one of the largest European Business Process Outsourcing companies.
Degreed in Business Economics at Frankfurt University (“Diplom-Kaufmann”) with high accolades, comparable to an MBA, Jens’ passion for integrating various business approaches into an effective and practicable concept has earned him the best diploma thesis of his year.
Jens’ broad industry experience includes Telecommunications, Media/Broadcasting/Cable TV, Software & IT, Professional Services & Business Process Outsourcing, Retail Banking, Oil, FMCG Retail & Mail Order, Logistics, Local Government, Consumer Electronics, Automotive and Public Transportation.
Jens has been working with household names such as BSkyB, O2, The Carphone Warehouse, Homeserve, Postbank, BT, Frost & Sullivan, PRICOA Capital Group, Daimler, Bosch, E-Plus, Toshiba Europe and Siemens Business Services. Further, Jens has been working with many SME, one of which was named as one of the UK’s fastest growing technology based companies. Jens has extensive experience in co-operating with global Top10 Consultancies such as McKinsey, Accenture, PWC, Cap Gemini or KPMG, and with Consulting divisions of large Professional Services Firms such as BT, or Experian Integrated Marketing.
His book about Outsourcing of Customer Communications, one of the first of its kind in Europe, contributed substantial content to the Outsourcing chapter of the German Ministry of Economics’ Call Centre Manual. In his sought after presentations, workshops and seminars, hundreds of participants have enjoyed his vital insights, not without a hint of humor, into today’s challenges and options of internal and external communication.
Jens Moeller is an active member of the Direct Marketing Association UK, the Institute of Direct Marketing, the Marketing Society, the Call Centre Managers Association, the Great British Business Alliance and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
