This call center book is quite different in many ways. First, it is a “living document” in the sense that it is regularly updated. Other than printed books that require new issues that usually take years, the intervals of updating this call centre book will be at maximum one year. By this promise, I want to cater the needs of a highly dynamic market. 

Second: instead of delivering solely academic information with a neutral approach and quoting all kinds of other sources – I prefer to deliver hands-on information and express my opinion based on my 15 years Call Center experience. I will quote some other source here and there, but only where I think it really helps the reader to learn how to sell outsourcing services. Third, I try hard to avoid any kind of consulting or academic jargon, but speak my heart and talk to you directly.
