The way we deliver
JMC provide the following types of contract for our areas of expertise:Ad-hoc work
Whereas many consultancies or agencies expect larger projects and don’t bother carrying out bits and pieces, JMC are different: We do carry out detailed tasks ad hoc, immediately if needed, on an hourly basis. You need someone to write an emailing piece in an hour? You need someone to quickly check your tender for selecting your telemarketing partner? You need someone external to run your workshop tomorrow? We do it. Think of us as your virtual extension, your external workbench. JMC are used to work on an ad-hoc basis for years. On your request, we log in to your computer to carry out the work for you quickly and efficiently. Think of JMC as your Customer Experience support – working similarly to your IT support.
Daily rate specialist contracts
If you need a specialist on a regular basis for a couple of days, weeks or months, JMC can fill this role for you. On your request, this can be one specific person. Or even a team.
Fixed price and retainer contracts
JMC offer most work for a fixed price. This makes our clients’ calculation easier and eliminates their risk. For most clients with a regular work load, retainer contracts are more economical than any other pricing model.

If you have all the experts, but no one to manage them, we provide a project manager with the right background.
Consulting
Sometimes one can only see problems, and no solutions. The key here is to ask the right questions, and identify the challenge and its root causes. Then to come up with a number of scenarios for a high impact solution -remember the 80/20 approach. Making their business impact clear; including benefits, costs and risks. JMC will prepare decisions for you. JMC can roll out according actions, once the decision is made.
Training & Coaching
If you have the resources and want to carry the work out internally, and your team needs some input to deliver, Training & Coaching is for you. Again, we don’t carry out academic programmes. We focus on high impact activities. If e.g. your team needs to know quickly how to implement web analytics, we will focus on that - period. We will not bore your team with a full blown SEO academy. Agency Services
Many clients are managing the Customer Experience projects on their own, but they need support to complete specific tasks. This may be e.g. running a keyword analysis and optimising web copy accordingly; searching & selecting a telemarketing provider; running an internal workshop on how to promote the company website.
